How do I compare mats and practice props?
Start with the space you have and the type of practice. Compare mat length, thickness, and surface texture, and check the size or resistance shown for blocks, rings, and other props.
Where do you ship?
Standard shipping is free in the contiguous U.S. and Washington, D.C., with no minimum purchase.
When will my order arrive?
Order cutoff: 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders accepted at or after cutoff enter processing on the next business day.
Orders accepted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day enter processing that day. See the Shipping Policy for the complete timing rules.
How do I request a return?

How long does an approved refund take?
Refund Processing Time: Within 7 Business Days
The processing period starts once we receive and review the returned item and approve the refund. We issue approved refunds to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
